- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At this time right now I am still finishing my 300 hour internship so I do not have any specific set fees. I meet with children for approximately 50 mins and adults and couples for 90 mins. I only ask for a donation after the session is over each time. I will begin setting fees when my Counseling license comes through.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with an intake form and then I let the client explain why they are coming to see me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always worked in a job in which I'm helping people. I spent over 20 years as a paramedic and firefighter, including becoming an instructor for both. In that time I was also on the MidWest MI CISM Team for emergency services personnel. I am also the Ministry Leader for our Church's CARE Team. The Team not only helps those within our church, but we are also very community minded as well and have worked and trained with others as well.
