- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Buying or selling Real Estate is a very involved process that in most cases requires a real estate professional. When selling a home, I find out what the seller's ultimate goals are and I cater to that end. When buying a home, I find out what the buyer's perfect home looks like. For both sellers and buyers, a big part of the process is marketing.

I am a licensed Realtor, and a Certified Probate Realtor with experience in the areas of Probate Sales, Pre-Foreclosure sales, residential sales, investor sales, and 1031-Exchanges, and real estate consultation.
