- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I customize most of my priceing according to the customer. Examples...2 homes needing exact same product...1 is financially ok and the other in trouble...I will help the 1 in trouble either in price...or in design for better pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I and my customer get aquanted usually on a personal level. We discuss what's on their mind and salutions to making their thought a reality at the best possible price. If my customer is satisfied with the solution then we work around their world as well mine. My customer pays all materials up front and any expences getting me to the project. I require 10% labor down for my protection. Half way into the project I require half of the remaining labor fee. And of course the remaining amount at the end of the project if my customer is satisfied. And satisfaction...my customers actually save my number and pass it on to their family and friends...because I am honest...I care....good bid...and work well done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Through the years I have acquired many profession titles, safety awards, on the job certifications and personal education. I am very proud of my career.
