Always professional and timely. Rona has excellent communication and is responsive. She sends helpful text reminders to confirm. She cleans with an attention for detail and adapts to new requests. She comes with a crew and they have all been respectful and great at what they do. She is thorough and efficient. The house looks amazing when she is done.

Trying to find someone to clean at my moms home during COVID-19 from 3000 miles away was not an easy task and I actually gave up several times. I happened on thumbtack completely by accident and through them found Rona and her crew, what a relief, she communicated well, gave me an estimate, showed up on time, and completed the job professionally. This all happened while my mother was away for a week so the house was clean on her return...... Mom is 95 and losing her eyesight, to say I am grateful is an understatementment. Thanks Rona! .

They deep cleaned and helped rearrange some rooms around. I was very happy and pleased with their work. They were very easy going when I wanted to move things around and get rid of stuff . When they left I felt like I had a new house. I will be using them again and would recommend them to anyone whether it’s deep cleaning or just a regular cleaning.

House's Cleaning Service is AWESOME! Rona, Mike & Brittany came in with a "can do" attitude and they got it done! They made a huge difference in a project I couldn't complete alone! They didn't judge me and they helped me understand ways to take care of this in the days, weeks & months ahead! This was a really daunting task and they came in and just made it look ordinary and easy to take care of. My anxiety lowered immediately. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the job. Standard Cleaning Service starts at 75$ and Deep Cleaning Service starts at 175$. This a very intense cleaning!! The price I quote are an estimate. I come out and look at exactly what has to be done, then give you a definite price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to make an estimate, then see exactly what needs to be clean. Then give a final price, and then stay in touch with the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of experience. I have learned alot of cleaning tips that really work over the years.
