- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $60 to draft a resume. I charge $50 to draft a cover letter. I charge $100 for the resume & cover letter combination. I will ask you to share your work history with me in an email. I will submit the completed documents to you through email. I can usually complete a resume and cover letter in 48 hours, but some projects can take a week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can text me at the number listed above. If you hire me we will correspond via email as well. Email correspondence provides me with written information that I can refer to as I draft a client's resume and cover letter. I may want to have a phone conversation, as well, to learn specifics about a client's professional experiences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in English.
