Introduction: I meet one on one or with small groups for weight training or some intense "boot camp" style training. I cover nutrition,answer questions and make recommendations specific to my clients needs. We structure a workout plan that fits best with their schedule and fitness level at that point, and re evaluate every 30 days or so. The best part of my job is helping people realize they can set goals and achieve them. We set small goals and action items to be met, and the look on their face as they conquer each small step to reach that larger goal is priceless!

Beth is an awesome trainer. She is encouraging, make sure you have proper form to get the maximum out of our workouts, a wealth of information on nutrition, and truly wants you to meet the goals you have set for yourself. The nutrition information is wonderful, myself personal didn't realize how much even though I thought I was eating low fat and healthy, really was a large part of why I wasn't losing weight. The inches and weight loss with Beth helping me is life changing. She changes your workout to meet the goals on different mussel group's to maximize your performance and build strength. She is a wonderful person who loves her job and her goal is to make you healthier. Can't say enough about her, she is an awesome trainer, great friend, caring person, all around great person. Anyone who truly want to get healthier should contact Beth.

I really enjoyed working with Beth! She pushed me hard and always made sure I was doing things properly to avoid injury. I was really pleased with my results and if I wasn't leaving for a new job out of town I would continue to train with her. Once I'm back in the area I plan to sign up again!
