Introduction: I meet one on one or with small groups for weight training or some intense "boot camp" style training. I cover nutrition,answer questions and make recommendations specific to my clients needs. We structure a workout plan that fits best with their schedule and fitness level at that point, and re evaluate every 30 days or so.
The best part of my job is helping people realize they can set goals and achieve them. We set small goals and action items to be met, and the look on their face as they conquer each small step to reach that larger goal is priceless!
