- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Are pricing will vary from property to property everyone is different and provides different challenges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to set up an initial meeting to walk the property with the customer. We want to be able go over the details of the work to be performed. Also it gives us a chance to discuss any additional work needed. We want to build a relationship with our customers and not just a Mow & Go!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 12 years experience between the both of us working with Commercial lawn companies and in retail garden centers.
