What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will provide a 5% discount that can be applied to any packages for any events that are booked between April 19th and August 30th. Glow Package = $649 (2 hours) Radiant Package =$849 (3 hours) Glamour Package =$1,049 (4 hours)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an easy and convenience process for booking Instant Glow Photobooth online via our website. Once the customer makes the decision to book with us, they will receive a service contract from us that can be e-sign and a $250 deposit will also be required to secure your event date. The remaining balance will be due 14 days before the event date.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have been engaged in the wedding business for years doing wedding planning and decorations and thus we decided to venture into Photo Booth.
