Tracy Owens, of Rocky Mountain Builders INC, is a highly skilled and reliable builder. He has completed many custom remodel, basement finish, and custom original projects on my homes in Longmont and Greeley, CO. He has a broad knowledge of all aspects of building, but his strengths are his reliability and efficiency, and hard work to meet his commitments according to the agreed price and schedule. I highly recommend him for any building projects.

Excellent workmanship. Responsible, super easy to work with, reliable and dependable. I've used Rocky Mountain Builders for several projects and could t be happier. Owner Tracy Owens has been very easy to work with, and has personally sourced hard to find materials we just "had to have."
This building is a Spanish revival, with lots of special touches. They made custom 8 foot wide hand built doors, distressed and with custom hardware for us. They also built copper clad Windows custom for this building, and a stair case with the center beam from a Colorado Pine they gleaned from the property.
Excellent. Beautiful work. Highly recommend them!!!
