Introduction: The services that I provide for Pre/Marital Coaching, Life/Career Coaching, and Anger Management are broken-down in different sessions. My services are strictly Coaching with fifteen years experience as a Clinical Advisor. I have several years experience working as a Family and Marriage Clinician working with License Counselors, helping couples and families work out their disagreements and various life changes. I will provide you with various techniques, and strategies that will help you to cope more positively with life changes. I have worked with various agencies and non-profit organizations; working with families, individuals, and women from different backgrounds, and ethnic groups. My main objective is to satisfy my customers by catering to their needs, putting them first, by addressing and solving as many problems as I can. My training and experience has allowed me to become more independent with helping others develop more meaningful and lasting bonds with each other. As for my resume writing services, my staff and I will help you write, format, and strategically package a highly effective resume. A resume that will take the mystery and hassle out of the resume writing process so you can spend more time job searching. I also provide Tutoring, and Mentoring Services. Which includes: ESL, Writing/Reading Comprehension. (5th -12th Graders) I also recommend that all my students read the book "Who Moved My Cheese" by Dr. Spencer Johnson. (How to cope with life changes) "What you can become determines what you can overcome. If it does not challenge you, it does not change you." I love and enjoy what I do because I like to help my clients keep their heads in the clouds while having their feet on the ground. I enjoy meeting new clients, whom I can share my life experiences. I am a very passionate and dedicated person, I will not stop until my client as well as myself is satisfied with the outcome of my services. The anger management class with Martha, really helped me to identify the root cause of anger. It was so beneficial learning techniques to deal with stress and frustration. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Career Coaching/Resume Writing service includes a Resume/Cover Letter, tips on Interviewing and Customer Service Skills. Other services offered: Life/Pre-Marital,and Spiritual Coaching, Anger/Stress Management, and Conflict Resolution. (Prices will be discussed based on specific need of services) There is an initial $10 application fee for all services. (non-refundable)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, to find out what the initial problem is and why the client feels that it is necessary to seek assistance from a professional. Secondly, have the client to set-up an appointment at my office or at their choice of place. Lastly, if accepted schedule first appointment to start services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. Degree in Sociology/Psychology, an M.S.A. Degree in Administration and Heath Care, I am a State Certified Anger Management Specialist II, Life/Career Coach with a Master's Certification in Education. I have six years experience as a Marital/Family Coach and Clinician, with 15+ years of teaching experience, and several years of Tutoring/Mentoring experience with middle/ high school students in Writing and Reading Comprehension.
