- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service calls range between $50 and $69 depending on details of the project. With state of the art diagnostic trouble shooting equipment, I am able to be more efficient.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Evaluate the job and write out an estimate including parts and labor breakdowns for the customer to review. Once the estimate is agreed upon, set up a time to complete the project. Once the job is completed, have the customer look over the project to make sure they are satisfied with the work performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
State code update classes annually and municipal ordinance code classes annually. N.A.T.E. certified, EPA recovery certification. Licensed through the State in HVAC equipment service and replacement. Over twelve years of experience in the field.
