My experience with Flawless Chimney and Masonry was easy, comfortable and very professional. I live in a different city from the location of the work so I was concerned about communication and quality of work. Joe was always available to answer questions and he was very straightforward in explaining the cost for the work. The work was completed on schedule and I was able to review everything from photographs texted to me. We ran into one hitch because of an existing condition and needed to revise the work process and to my astonishment, it ended up costing me less money. I am involved with construction for a living and I can tell you this rarely happens. This is a testament to Joe's honesty and integrity. I would recommend Flawless Chimney and Masonry without hesitation!

Joe and his team did a fabulous job with my chimney and porch steps. They went above and beyond expectations fixing some of the other mortar issues on my porch and house. They were courteous and enjoyable to work with. The job looks great. I'm glad I had them do my work.

Cleaned and inspected fireplace and chimney in newly purchased. Walked me through condition of both and also reviewed the masonry condition and trouble spots all around the home. Wrote up a very competitive quote for work that needs to be done.

Excellent, Professional, Punctual and Knowledgeable. I hired Flawless Chimney Maintenance initially for a cleaning and inspection and from there I went on to hire them to repair damaged Flues, repair motor caps, tuck pointing and then also to extend the clay flues and fabricate custom stainless steel rain pan & 2 stainless flue caps. If possible I'll come back later and add before and after photos! I haven't taken a final photo as of yet due to weather. You'll be impressed with the before and after photos!
