We had a water-heater emergency at home during a snow-storm, and only Paul responded on time, came over within 15 minutes to assess the issue, and helped with replacing the unit. Paul also provided detailed options, explained the situation and remedies, and also helped with selecting the new unit based on our needs. The installation was professionally done and cost-effective.
