- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most jobs the initial pricing is just a rough estimate, so it helps to be as detailed as possible with your job description including pictures. We work hard to ensure you get a fair market price. Final pricing will sometimes have to be determined by assessing the project on-site and quoting an exact amount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We walk the customer through the steps involved in getting their project completed properly. For most jobs, prepwork is the key to a successful outcome. When offering an estimate, you'll know exactly what is involved in getting your project to be completed the way you want it, including how much time will be involved in completing the required tasks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over ten years experience in a wide range of areas related to home improvement, maintenance & repair, carpet & upholstery cleaning, and technology.
