FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have standard pricing but I am very flexible and affordable. My payment policy is to be paid at the time of services rendered and Cash or PayPal Only. (NOTE: I will only book your event with a job confirmation. This is based upon a first come, first served policy. There are too many leads on Thumbtack that never follow through when I could reserve those dates for more serious clients. Thank you!)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial contact is made, I like to visit with them to find out what their needs are, what kind of a ceremony they wish to have and if there are any special accommodations that they need regarding their service. This applies to any service regardless of whether it is a wedding or a funeral as I want to work together with the couple or the family to tailor a service exactly to their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of experience not only as an Officiant but also as an event planner and there is no cut and dry method, each and every service is unique and different. My background in Sociology and Psychology allows me to extend a variety of methods to help bring a person back to a place of harmony regardless of whether they are seeking help as an individual or a couple. It is my firm resolve that even with my own personal religious background, I do not allow that to interfere with counseling purposes unless requested. I have a Doctor of Divinity Degree as of August 7, 2013.
