Introduction: We are the most through company around when it comes to Move-out and move-in cleans. . As with our initial cleans. We move every movable piece of furniture. (couches chairs. Nights stands etc.) clean under and behind the furniture we can't move like dressers, beds, China cabinets etc. we still clean under and behind. Everything on every shelf gets taken off. Properly dusted and place back organized. Every flat surface in the home has everything removed cleaned, Polished etc. and organized back. We wipe down every piece of furniture, remove cobwebs, spot clean walls, doors, baseboards, windowsills, interior windows, all wall decor dusted. Fans and vents cleaned. Cabinet doors scrubbed in kitchens and bathrooms. Pantry floors and all closet floors straightened and cleaned. All floors completed. Clients describe our deep clean as feeling as if they just moved in again. Please note that additional reviews will be available during our walk through appointment. Wasnt pleased with shady transaction. Everything went smoothly until day before services were to be rendered. I went to drop off key/sign docs and owner asked for cash up front. I looked over the emailed contact and it asked for money day of service. I excepted to pay after services not before same day of course. Since she asked for cash since this was a move out, I didnt have much to offer as a deposit. She asked for a credit card and starts strong arming me telling me I will lose valuable days not being able to sell. Originally she wouldnt accept a credit card or check due to us moving out. I told her this wasnt drug transaction, she would have my key and a contract. I get her side but business is business. Id rather lose a day or two vs potential to get ripped off. What if she never did the job, or did a bad one, what would have been my recourse? I guess Ill never find out! Ironically, I moved right down the street from her and was hoping to hire her team for the new house. Buyer beware.She posted a response below...However, this was the wording in the contract which she emailed me:d. Payment is due the same day that work is started please note that move outs are to be paid in cash

There is nothing shady about requiring that move out cleans (vacant homes) be paid in advance. There were three instances where we discussed that payment needed to be done prior to service, once in person during our free estimate walk thru and twice in our e-mail correspondence. Mr. MacRitchie was provided with my personal identification, phone number, website, e-mail address, copy of our liability insurance and a cash receipt signed by me when he came to drop off the key to have the move out service scheduled for the next morning. However, after a week of negotiating he showed up at my front door without payment as required and without any identification or where he moved to. At that point, I provided him the opportunity to pay in advance by check but he declined. As an alternative, I offered him the option of paying by credit card which he refused after I explained that there would be a processing fee when providing this benefit. He offered $40 as a deposit for a job that will take approximately 12 work hours to complete. Mr. MacRitchie was concerned about not having any recourse if the job wasn't done properly. We have been in business for more than12 years and provide a 100% guarantee for our work along with many verifiable references and reviews. I cannot risk providing a full service without having payment in advance for a vacant home.

I hired Norma and her crew to do a spring-cleaning, including windows at my home. They were friendly, efficient and did everything I asked to my complete satisfaction. I was very pleased with the work they did. I had them come back to do the same at my dad's house and we were very satisfied with that also. I highly recommend them. Pricing was very fair as well.
