- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer standard packages for my services but some clients require solutions outside the scope of my services which then require custom pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My main goal is to successfully fulfill a client's needs. My approach is to assess the client's goals, their current situation, expectations, and then provide the best solution tailored to them. In the case of web design, I focus on creating a beautiful yet functional site that integrates well with a proven marketing strategy. My process includes scope definition, sitemap, content creation, features and required functionality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the years, I have worked as a freelance web designer on small business projects. I also have experience as a web consultant for business owners who are familiar with web design but unfamiliar with marketing strategies and resources. I spend a lot of time educating myself about the latest internet marketing strategies by taking courses from reputable IM experts.
