Everything was incredible! Scheduling was easy and they came out ASAP, as I needed them before my new beds were delivered. They were very thorough and answered all of my questions. Russell was patient with helping me understand different things in my new home. My carpet are cleaned and my house smells great. I'm having them come back out to clean my air ducts. I'm beyond pleased and grateful for them. :-)

Russell and his father did an outstanding job at Holiday Inn Express hotel that we hired them for cleaning tiles grout. They are extremely hard working and guarantees their craftsmanship. I highly recommend ProGeneral Service.

Contractor did a great job cleaning my ducts, and offered warranty on their work. Very professional and on time ! I do HIGHLY recommend them.

I believe this is a father and son team. Hired them forr air duct cleaning. I also had mold in the ventilation which was treated as well. Had them install ultraviolet light to take care of future mold. They were very professional and prompt.

These guys are great! They were honest and hard working. When the came to do the work , they told me that our vents were clean and in great shape. So they did not need to do everything they thought they needed to do. This reduce the price quite a bit. They could have done the little and charged me for the full amount. It is good to see honesty in the work force now a days. Thank You Pro General Services. I will be using you guys again.!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Check with us for new customer discounts, also we offer discounts for package cleaning, which includes carpet, tile and grout, and a/c duct and dryer vent cleaning!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would love to meet with our customers prior to any job to go over the process that we will be performing and to also insure that if there will be any additional cleaning and charges, the customer understands this with their approval. There will never be any hidden fees with us!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As this is a family owned and operated business, I have had over 24 years of providing service in the commercial industry and my co-owner has been professionally cleaning carpets, a/c vents , dryer ducts, cleaning tile and grout, and removal of mold and mildew for the last 2 years, before that he had been remodeling homes.
