I went to see Rebecca while I was dealing with grief because of loosing my Mom. I had some unfinished feelings I needed to get in touch with. I was feeling so depressed and not sleeping well. During my session with Rebecca I was able to get in touch with feelings which I could not put into words. I left her office feeling like I shed a thousand pound weight off my back. She is a true professional, who cares about her clients. I highly recommend her. I think she is awesome.

Rebecca has been awesome to work with. My daughter was diagnosed with psychogenic cough and i was told by her Dr to try hypnotherapy. But it was up to me to find someone. I found Rebecca on here, she responded fairly quickly to my request. I went in to this highly skeptical and really knew nothing about it. But Rebecca proved to me this does work. She helped my daughter quit coughing after one session. However i still take my daughter to see her and i am going to start seeing her this week. She has been a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Rebecca to anyone seeking hypnotherapy treatment. My daughter is a teenager and she doesnt open up to most people however Rebecca she feels she can and shes comfortable with her. It is a very relaxed atmosphere and Rebecca makes you feel at ease. Highly recommend!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to know that Hypnosis is safe, effective and confidential. Rebecca Zayas - CCht is a professional and compassionate hypnotherapist. Her goal is your comfort. In fact, she provides a satisfaction guarantee. We offer a free consultation over the phone or in the office. Each session is tailored to the individual's needs, goals and dreams. Each session lasts between one and one-half hours to two hours. Rebecca will lead you through a series of relaxing inductions and deepening techniques. In this state of physical and mental relaxation, your mind can do its powerful work to transform those old, negative beliefs, emotions and behaviors so you can begin to live your best life. You will also be given a mp3 download of your first session to listen to at home and learn techniques of self-hypnosis and meditation. If you are not satisfied with your experience at the end of the session, let us know and your session will be free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Rebecca Zayas is a Certified Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida and attended Stetson University's Graduate School of Counseling. During her time at Stetson, Rebecca experienced a profound personal transformation through hypnotherapy. At that time, it became her passion and purpose. Subsequently, she earned her degree from The Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy, the only state licensed hypnotherapy school in Florida. She has completed 500 credit hours in the most comprehensive program in the United States. Rebecca is a member of the International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapists (IAIH). She is also trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Eye Movement Therapy, and Meditation. She is constantly educating herself on ways to help her clients live a balanced, happy, healthy life. Rebecca's practice is located at the Maitland Hypnosis Center, in Maitland, FL.
