We hired AllService to come out and help with a complete gut and remodel of our kitchen and dining room. They were very helpful in choosing colors, patterns, quality, and great advice when I felt overwhelmed. The kitchen went from drab to fabulous! And the new design was way more functional, clean and spacious feeling. We had them come again and help us when our entire basement flooded and I was 9 months pregnant. They came out promptly in the middle of the night to fine allst 2 feet if standing water, worked hard, and helped us then with the complete restoration process. Talk about making you feel at ease in a highly stressful time and situation. The guys were great, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

AllService went far and beyond any other contractor that I have ever experienced. They kept me informed and the work was talked about in detail before the work was done. They were professional and I felt my home was safe under their care. The roof was done right the first time and guttering looks great. I would use them again in the future.

Allservice Construction has been a Godsend for me. They have painted the entire interior of my rental property. They have been responsible for getting my rental property totally move in ready. It all started with the painting. I then had an insurance claim to repair a roof, and drywall and paint in 2 bedroons that had water damage. I just kept adding things ro the "to do list." Fred acxepted and handled everything. No matter my request, he had no problem completing them, and I had many. He even changed the color of a wall after I told him I didn't like the color on the wall. I have alot more exterior work to be done that he will be completing. I can go on and on about this company. I am just so happy I found them. I had already looked around before finding him. No one could get to my requests. If there is something he doesn't not do, he knows someone that does, from carpet and floor cleaning, to an electrician. Working with him and his family has been a pleasure. I wish them the best. If he made out of state calls, I would hire him in a heartbeat. Bless you for everything you did for me.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use a software program called Xactimate. It is an insurance based system is designed for each city in the United States. Ours is priced for South Central Kansas. It is updated every Quarter to insure our pricing is fair and accurate. also it is very detailed for the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial estimate when we meet new customers, is when we see if we are a good fit for that customer. In other words are there needs and expectations going to be met by our company.The answer usually is yes because we are so diversified in our services that we offer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree in Business General Contractor City of Wichita CMRS- certified mold remediation supervisor WRT- Building water intrusion specialist Fire and Smoke damage certified NADA- air duct cleaning certified 35 years experience in all phases of construction
