- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer asks for a quote, I will gather information about their problem and get information about the device they need help with. I will then look up any products and add on my service fee. I will give the price to the customer. If the customer has any questions I will explain anything they need, about the business, or even the service. I may even explain additional payment options if they need more assistance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates in Information Technology and a Bachelors in Information Technology - Networking & Telecommunications. I have also been repairing various electronic devices for around 10 years. I have also been building custom circuits for electronics for about 5 years.
