My wife and I are very happy with the high quality of the work by L & N Enterprise and the project completed on our 50 year old house. The project involved rebuilding our 32 ft. x12 ft. back deck, building a new deck roof, removing and installing new shingles, repairing and replacing damaged roofing and facia, installing new gutters and downspouts, installing a sliding glass door for the deck and installing sky lights for the new deck roof. (See photos of completed project.) In our first meeting, we communicated the scope of the project to Sam, and we quickly came to an agreement on the scope of work, pricing and scheduling. I oversaw the project and quickly found that Sam and his crew have the quality skills and the experience to do complex structural retrofits and repairs that meet building codes and standards. Each day Sam and I would communicate the day's work, and together he and his crew followed through with respect, staying within budget and completing the project in a timely manner.
We even had some good times during the process. I'm very happy that Sam worked with me to ensure the structural integrity of the rebuilt deck and new roof to high quality building standards. My wife loves the new sliding glass door to the deck and three skylights on the deck roof. I appreciate the level of respect, integrity and professionalism by Sam and his crew. The result is "Excellent" and I highly recommend L & N Enterprise for professional home improvement projects.

Sam installed a new water heater for us. They did a great job working with our old plumbing. They were right on time, the work was high quality and they cleaned up and hauled away everything. I highly recommend!

Sam and his crew did a great job. They were on time and very professional. They installed trim in our house, pressure washed the exterior and repainted our shutters. It looks like a different house and now we are ready to put our house on the market. You are in good hands with L&N Enterprise!!

The installation was excellent. The workers were polite and efficient. They left the area clean and the work was excellent. The only thing I think could use some improvement is clarity on the billing. Even with this slight hitch, I am very pleased with the work that was done.
I re-hired this group and the continue their excellence!

Sam and his team did an excellent job of "revitalizing" our deck and privacy fence. We wanted both the deck and fence power-washed, several pieces of broken or split wood replaced, gouges filled in and sanded, and stain applied. They arrived to do the job when they said they would and finished in three days. (Would have been sooner, but weather was a factor.) Sam even suggested a stain color that my husband and I both love. (We couldn't agree on a color!) The price was reasonable, especially considering the amount of work and care put into the job. We feel like we have a brand new deck! We will likely use his services again soon and would highly recommend to others.
