After a few miscommunications with Eco Fresh, I wanted to revise my previous rating. The miscommunications were on both sides, so I take part of the blame. After speaking to Greg, he was very professional, very apologetic (as was I!), and I would definitely give Eco Fresh a try. All my questions and concerns were addressed.

Eco Fresh cleaned the carpets and tile floors in 3 condos we own that had heavy soiled areas from renters. They were able to clean the carpets to there original color. Also did a great job with the tile and grout in the kitchen areas. We plan on using them for other properties soon.
