- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $75 an hour with a minimum of 3 hours. We also charge a $50 in home consultation fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we talk on the phone. We get to know a little about you, your struggles, and your needs. This is typically a 15 minute call and is complimentary. At this time we will schedule an in-home consultation. During the in-home we will go through your space with you, discuss possible ideas and options, get to know your style, and take photos. At the time of the in-home we will schedule your organization sessions. We typically work in 3 hour increments as to not tire or burn out the client. We are always willing to add time when wanted either on the same day or another! For two weeks post organizing we will be checking in with you to see how you are doing and if you need anything!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of organizing, planning, and decluttering experience. This started as a hobby for family and friends in need but quickly turned into our passion project that we want to share with everyone possible!!
