What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This depends on the job. We travel nationally. Our clients pays for all travel. Depending on what we are doing with the customer drives the price of the services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a needs assessment with our clients to determine if we are a good fit. If there is synergies and our potential client wants to move forward, we send a proposal. If accepted we create a Statement of Work, Do the Job, and follow up on Customer Sat.

Bachelors Degree in Education Master of Training and Instructional Design Certification
