I hired Angel to remove and replace an interior window stool after it was damaged from my dog chewing on it. He and his partner arrived on time. They removed the existing damaged wood without harming any walls or the window. I provided the wood for the replacement and they trimmed/cut it to fit in place. They finished the job in about 30 minutes. I have no complaints.

Bad experience, very disappointed. He showed hour late for quote. Showed hour late for start of project. I bought all the supplies even the staples he used. He talked me into getting concrete stain for half of screened in porch which was expensive, then never returned the remaining amount to me. They splattered dirt and mud all over my back storm door and never came back to clean. Said they were going to pick up all the leaves around porch and never did. Missed a lot of washing on ceilings and corners. Cut big scrapes all over driveway which didn't wash away with rain and never came back to fix. Had to email numerous times to get my receipt which he had promised same day when he returned, first sent invoice then I had to tell him receipt since He wanted cash which I paid. Filled up our big trash can right after trash pickup with old screen,and so for one week we had no place to put our own garbage. They should have put it in big trash bags they had or I could have supplied. Said he would come out to fix following week. After days finally said Wednesday and of course, he never showed or called,etc. Shame on you Angel for taking advantage of a handicapped senior lady and not doing the job properly, completely or fixing the mistakes. I gave them plenty of emails and messages to come fix and didn't. I had horrible customer experience.
