Really am happy with Jon's work and Service. He will be who we call if we need more work from an Electrician. Jon was accommodating to our schedule, took great care in his work, and fair in his price. I highly recommend Jon's electrical services. I am super happy with the way the new light fixture was installed and how it works.

Jon is very nice, considerate and helpful. For him, it's not about the money. I needed him to install my fans, check my smoke detector and check some outlets that were not functioning. He took his time to get the job done. He'll definitely be my go-to-guy.

Based on our first meeting with Mr. Andeola I expected to give him a 5 star rating. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and gave a very reasonable estimate of the job cost. He was about one hour late for this first appointment, but explained that an earlier job that day had taken longer than expected. This was not a problem for us. After settling on a price we made a followup appointment with him to come back in a few days to do the work. The problem is that he never showed up. We called several times and left messages but never received a response. That was four days ago and we still have not heard from him. We are concerned that something may have happened that prevented him from coming back or calling us, maybe even an accident. Hopefully nothing bad has happened. We would be willing to wait a few more days, if he would only call to let us know if he still wanted to do the job. As it stands now, however, we are very disappointed with this experience and can only give him a one-star rating.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always flexible, it really depends if im proving materials and if i have a long commute. It would be easiest to do an hourly rate most likely.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) Walkthrough-Making sure me and the customer are on the same page with everything that needs to be done. 2.)Install the project according to the customers plans 3.)Anything I install, I will warrenty if it has any problems. 4.)Refer new customers to me and i will give you discounts and/or free ad ons
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive been doing electrical since high school and loved it since. I attend the Electrical Technology program at San Joaquin Delta College. I also get hands on training or experience on the job daily.
