Northstar and Rock were wonderful! I had a small bathroom project that no other companies wanted to do because it was too small for them to bother with. Northstar was recommended to me and they were very willing to help! They responded quickly and were very professional. The day of install went very smooth! Rock and his co-worker were prompt, professional and very respectful of our home. I would highly recommend Northstar Granite--I love my new countertop!

I cannot write enough great things about Northstar Granite. We went to many other countertop locations and were pretty discouraged until we went to Northstar. Everything about the experience was excellent. Great customer service when we first walked in, quick responses to my (sometimes silly e-mail questions), no nickel and dime extras, measuring was perfect, and installation on time and perfect as well. What I really liked was everyone worked together, you were never told, "you'll have to wait for so-and-so to get back to you".

Welcoming staff in the office/display room. Allowed to browse at our leisure. Never felt pressured to purchase. Rock was VERY helpful in answering all of our questions. Able to take granite samples home. Once we made our kitchen counter top selection, I had a very hard time trying to decide between the stainless steel sink and the granite sink. Once again, Rock was very patient with me and gave me ample time to decide (BTW, I chose the granite and I love, love, love it!). The installation crew also did a very professional job. We are still in awe of our beautiful new counter tops. We would highly recommend Northstar Granite!

The customer service and quality were above my expectations. The friendly gal in the office called us with the install time and the installers were there right on time. The tops are fantastic! I would highly recommend Northstar Granite Tops.
