- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flooring : Square foot with a minimum charge. Depending on type of material and other options. Handyman services : per hour usually estimated or quoted. Cleaning : per hour usually estimated or quoted. Calls are free. Call me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with a phone conversation to get further information about project. Next an in home quote then completing project with (in most cases) payment after satsfaction and completion. Always leaving you wanting me to do your next project. Not just neat and clean but perfection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of experience in the field. Various training by manufacturers and seasoned installers. Customer satisfaction is my specialty. Trained to know how a job needs to be done. Able to listen to what you need.
