FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally charge per hour and usually in a minimum of a three hour sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everyone's situation is different so the process changes all the time but the basic systems and rules apply. 1. Assess the situation at hand. 2. Prioritize 3.Remove, declutter and sort thru EVERYTHING in the space, one item at a time. 4. Prepare the new space for remaining items. 5. Put only the sorted, necessary items back where they are commonly best used. 6. If new containers, bins, baskets are to be used, this is the time to measure and purchase. The above is our very basic process and a bit of space planning is always a necessity in order to make the most of what you have. ( that's where my magic comes in, just step back and watch me work)
