FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the situation some jobs are quoted up front. Some jobs have too many unknowns and are priced at an hourly rate. A lot depends on the customers' requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact is made I generally meet at location and go over job requirements with customer. Since every job requirement is different I most likely will put pricing together and make second appointment to present pricing and go over details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in the flooring trades in grade school working for family business. I have been buying, rehabbing and flipping homes my whole life. Learned electrical, plumbing and general carpentry work over the years. I started the business about ten years ago when the real estate market crashed and got involved in custom woodworking/cabinet making about the same time.
