- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $65 in county service call with up to 1 hour of labor and $45 additional per hour. Out of county is $75 for travel and first hour then $45 after that. Prices do not include parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you come in store, free diagnosis and quote, if we come to you the service call fee applies, the diagnosis and repair is free in the first hour if possible, not including parts.
