I was inexcusably late for this appointment and I do apologize. Their son waited there for me to do my job so he could do something nice for his parents, and I was late and he had to leave before I finally got there. I tried to make it up to this very nice couple by doing it myself, but I completely understand any disappointment they may feel. As you can see in some of my other reviews, I pride myself being on time and this was an unfortunate anomaly.

I've hired PropRx for both small and large jobs. The job is always completed with timeliness and thoroughness. Alan works hard to make sure the price is fair for both sides and is communicative throughout the process in case something changes or is unexpected, as usually happens and is reasonable with big piles of junk. I've never actually met Alan in person as I live long distance from the properties I manage. He has always been trustworthy, quick to send me photos of his progress, detailed in his summary of job work, and responsive to any calls or texts I send him. When I've seen jobs after he's completed them, they always match the degree of completion he described over the phone. Once or twice I've had to have him return to the property to finish something previously misunderstood, and he always returns, even if he's already been paid for the job. It gives me great peace of mind to hire PropRx and I will continue to do so in the future.

We had 2 office chairs, 2 pallets , and a couch that we have been trying to get rid of for some months now. Alan was very upfront and professional about everything and if we ever have a job like that again we are going to be going with him!

Alan gave me a quote for moving things and I must say that the job was bigger than he anticipated. I had sent him pictures of the items needing to be moved but he wasn't able to receive all of them. However, even though the job was bigger than he first thought, he didn't raise the price. I, however, felt as the job was not a particularly easy move, gave him a few extra dollars for his help. I definitely would recommend their moving services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our current standard pricing is $65 per truckload, which includes labor and transportation to the nearest donation center, recycling center, or landfill. The price may increase due to distance. Under no circumstances will we take a shortcut and dispose of items improperly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat every customer like a member of the family. We want them to feel comfortable with our service and when we're done, for them to be completely satisfied. There may be occasions we ask for images so we may provide a better estimate in order to serve the customer better.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
PropRx has been performing trashouts since 2013 and are now expanding into junk/debris removal with an eye towards full house cleaning by the end of 2016.
