- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to get an idea of what the clients needs are first, because the amount of work required can vary depending on the space(s). I strive to keep my pricing very, very reasonable, so that everyone can enjoy an inviting, organized home!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I like to do is to set up a time to speak with my potential client on the phone. It allows me the opportunity to get to know my potential clients preferences and needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 11 years in closet and home space design, home organization and moving industries.
