Excellent service! I always worry about the accuracy of those online tax preparing websites that claim to be "free" and end up having some hidden fee. There is Never anyone real to talk to for some help or true explanations to know if I'm doing it right. Aurora is amazing she made the process so pleasant and very easy! Her extended hours worked perfectly with my schedule, was right there to answer all of my questions to make sure I received all benefits available to me and best of all it was at a very low cost that didn't change or adjust at the end . I have and will continue to refer all my friends and family to her. The best part is she doesn't even just do taxes!! I'm going to redo my insurance with her next week, talk about a one stop shop!
