Lindsey was very responsive and was right on time to the appointment. She confirmed the appointment the night before although I didn't see it until about two hours prior to her coming. Her partner had an emergency, so she was down a person, but she still came on time to clean my house. I have a big house and it's a lot of work to maintain, which is why I hired someone. I had originally planned to work from home so I could be there, but my work was short staffed too. I advised the master bath probably needed the most attention, showed her the house and 2 rooms that didn't really need attention (even though I included the square footage in the initial quote request). She texted me when she was close to done, and I headed back. I looked around and most appeared to be ok. Although I did look quickly. She redid the bathroom counters for me. I checked more carefully after I got home from work for the day. My shower hadn't been cleaned, my pantry wasn't swept or mopped nor was a deep hall closet (that was open when she was there) or my laundry room. When I addressed it with her, she advised she definitely did my shower. She did offer a $20 discount on future service to rectify. In her defense she offered me to look around, and it's my fault that I was in a hurry. Lesson learned on my part. I won't be rehiring her, but I wouldn't advise someone to avoid her either as she responded immediately to my concern and at least offered something to try to find a solution. I would advise to thoroughly inspect at the end of service if you choose to hire her or her team.

Lindsey and Ashley were on time, quick, efficient and did a fantastic job cleaning plant shelves, blinds, ceiling fans, baseboards and everything else! The girls are happy, friendly hard workers. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future!

We were so impressed with Wise Professionals. They worked us in next day for a move in cleaning and did such a great job. The place went from dusty, musty, and cobwebby to clean, fresh, and ready to live in. We're already planning to have them back on a recurring basis once we move in. Can't recommend them enough.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a minimum of 2 hours to book a appointment. And also a 15$ travel fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask a few questions get a feel for the job to provide the best service possible for all my clients. We are always professional and serve our clients promptly.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been involved in part time work with several companies and I've decided to start my own business now that I've become more experienced in this field apart from my full time job as a security officer
