- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer learning the scope of the project and then agreeing on a flat fee before commencing any work. I price fairly, and I deliver good value and representation to my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to talk to the customer to learn about the customer's needs and set expectations as far as working together and a reasonable budget. I don't provide free legal advice during consultations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since 2008, I have been an attorney working on complex matters in both law firm and corporate settings. I am a member of the Georgia State Bar and a registered Patent Attorney. I earned my graduate degrees at the top ranked law school and business school in Georgia. I worked in a boutique firm that was ranked in the top 5 or 6 in the area I was practicing. I have also worked in a multinational company for several years and have since been running my own law firm.
