At first glance, everything seemed satisfactory. Upon closer examination, I was left quite underwhelmed with the cleaning services. The kitchen pantry wasn't swept out. The front glass/storm door wasn't wiped down. The hardwood floors in the kitchen were sticky in a couple spots and the hardwood floors at the front entrance were not cleaned. The appliances appeared to have just been wiped down without any cleaner b/c there were smudges/streaks all over. The couch and recliner were not vacuumed. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have standard pricing system for services. Home or building information is entered into our proprietary software for the most accurate and update to date pricing models.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Most residential service quotes are given with the basic information provided. At times we may need some further information on larger properties to complete the process. We Handle small and large commercial facilities. Larger facilities may require an onsite walk through for the most accurate quote.
