FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our $50 session is for a one-week consultation. I will have you track everything you eat and drink for the entire week and then we will go over everything together, looking at what you are doing well and how to develop those strengths as well as going over things we can change for the better. We also discuss sleep habits, exercise that will compliment your goals, and stress management. At that point we will discuss whether you want to continue one-on-one coaching or whether you have enough feedback to continue on your own. Pricing for continued coaching can be found on my website above.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call so I can get to know what you are looking for and so that I can explain what I do. After that call we decide if you want to do the one-week trial or if you want to go ahead and sign up for a three-month session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
First off, I am a full-time firefighter and paramedic, so I have a lot of experience in helping those with medical issues. I am ACLS (CPR), PHTLS, and AMLS certified. I am a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition, I have a Bachelors in Psychology and an Associates in Chemistry. I am CrossFit Level II certified and also CrossFit Kids and CrossFit gymnastics certified. I am also in the process of being certified through NASM as well as in school through University of Arizona for my necessary courses needed to obtain my registered dietician license.
