I've gone from 204 lbs to 188 lbs since I started having Christina prepare all my meals in January. I have also been working out so that has obviously helped, but diet is 80% of it. I've tried other meal delivery services in the past, but ended up not eating most of when they sent because I just really didn't like the food. I actually enjoy the meals Christina makes which makes eating right so much easier.

We have used Christina for dinner parties in our home plus ordered meals to go when we travel. Her items are nutritious and tasty as well as creative. She will work with you on food allergies and how to make items satisfying. I can't count how many times we've used her services last minute because I was too busy to put together a menu. She is very accomodating and professional as well as a wonderful chef.

I'm a vegetarian with strict diet restrictions- I love to eat, quality and freshness is so important to me; Christina is incredible. She makes eating healthy easy.
