Denise is a powerful, intuitive, loving, efficient, and effective trainer.
We set up a training appointment with Denise on the advice of our vet last year. We were hoping for a more manageable set of pups, what we got was a miracle!
Denise deeply and compassionately understands and connects with dogs-- and therefore tailors her training to accommodate differences in personalities. We have two little dogs who had a multitude of different personality quirks and training needs, which she navigated with expert love and knowledge! She is a lovely blend of professional and personal warmth. It is like having a canine expert for a best friend-- even from session #1!
In just one session, our dogs became so much happier, healthier, better adjusted, and all of our lives are significantly improved. Each training tip, product, and recommendation has proven indispensable in elevating the quality of our puppies' lives.
After our first session, we were much better dog parents and our dogs seemed touched by an angel. They were so much calmer and their listening improved significantly. They knew a couple commands and looked forward to training sessions! We were both so pleased with the amount we accomplished in this initial session-- much more than our original expectations. The handouts she provides, along with personalized homework assignments, are concise and easy to follow to ensure maximum success as well.
Denise followed up with us to check on our progress after the sessions and was thorough, generous, and thoughtful with her time in giving her kind answers to our many questions.
In addition to being a trainer extraordinaire, it is clear that Denise is a truly loving, gentle, awesome person. We are so glad to know her and her services have improved our lives and our relationship with our little rascals so much!

Denise loves dogs and understands them deeply. She also loves people. Denise is patient, kind, generous, and elegant. She tailors her instruction to suit the individuality of the dog, his or her guardian, and the bond between them. Denise taught me ways of working with Carl that were fun for him and comfortable for me, and the results have been extraordinary. I believe that one day Denise Mange will be ranked with Turid Rugass, Patricia McConnell, and Ian Dunbar as one of the greatest dog trainers in the world.

Denise was truly the best thing that happened to us after we got our baby Frenchie. We hired her for the Puppy 101 Session, and she not only helped us during the session, but also weeks before the arrival. She gave us tips on how to prepare for the puppy and what to expect the first week. We decided to continue with the Basic Obedience Package and it is amazing how a 14 week old puppy can perform all the commands. I am a proud mom!
