It is with the utmost pleasure that I recommend Mr. Ben Gharagozli as a superb attorney. Mr. Gharagozli is my third attorney in a litigation case. I was frustrated with my former attorneys as they had failed to pay close attention to the most important details in my case and failed to follow up on it. I feel so lucky to have found Ben to help me with my landlord/tenant issue. I spoke to over a dozen lawyers and ALL the others wanted to engage in the standard 30 - 90+ day eviction paper chase (which might have killed me, emotionally). Ben was the only lawyer who showed any intellectual curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to my (and frankly, my tenant's) best interest. In addition to resolving my issue as quickly as possible, Ben was responsive to any questions I asked throughout the process; provided sane guidance with regards to what I could and should do to protect myself legally; and discouraged my from chasing multiple scenarios (and running up a legal tab). He was more committed than I was to having me spend only what was necessary in order to achieve my objective. I'm 1000% certain Ben resolved my issue more quickly and more affordably than anyone else I might have hired would have. For any future legal needs, Ben will be the first lawyer I contact.

I offer both flat fee and hourly arrangements depending on the needs of the client and the circumstances of the case.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a free initial consultation over the phone wherein I provide my initial impressions of the potential client's case. Once hired, I begin work right away to move the case forward as quickly and efficiently as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my B.A. with Highest Distinction from UC Berkeley and my law degree cum laude from UC Hastings College of the Law. I also have a masters degree from the University of Cambridge.
