Introduction: Excellent customer service. We will do our best to make your event a success. We serve award winning BBQ & sides. We cooked for a HeadEast concert on 05/28/2016 & the band themselves said it was the best BBQ they ever had. That's a fantastic compliment. We can cater your event or cook on site.
From pork to beef to chicken I have about 20 years experience smoking meat (BBQ). Been doing competitions for about 10 years. We also enjoy meeting & interacting with our customers.

Delicious! The BBQ was served at a graduation party I attened. I could not stop eating the chicken. It was so juicy and perfectly made.
