Introduction: Getting a job is only the beginning of what my skills an expertise are capable of producing ive never had a call back in a negative fashion in 30 yrs due to my knowledge of the painting an finishing of drywall repairs an new construction. just to name a few neighborhoods ive helped develope are as follows springwood estates, english turn ,,pleasant ridge estates,barkley estates... i personally guarentee my work to look better then what it did before i touched it ....by the way i am 1 of the original contractors who developed english turn subdivision from 1986 to 1997 an yes i stayed in the neighborhood that long due to the abundance of builders in the area as well as the quality and professionalism that i produced ...what can i say i got noticed thanks and please understand great quality takes time to produce an is a disappearing art...sincerely steve prejeant..... My particular thing I like most is bookcases an mantel pcs as well as colons an cabinets I really take pride in doin a job right the first time without cutting corners.my father has taught me a trade that im very proud to say has fed my family an allowed me to make a living to raise them accordingly,understand i take alot of pride in my work an have always tried to do my best at everything i do because being this way has helped me a great ordeal in my life so i know enjoying what i do is just 1 of the things i am passionate about ..the greatest thing i enjoy is being able to have a father like mine to teach me this trade so i may someday pass it on to my own son ....thanks an god bless honestly s.prejeant...

yes by the sq ft usually or 20 per hr if smaller my rates for sq footage is as follows 1.00 a sq ft per c,t..200 a sq ft per 2 cts ,an up to 3.00 a sq ft per 3 cts system ive gotton up to 4.75 for entire houses of new construction includes millwork walls an ceilings any colomns bookcases mantels an staircases is considered a extra cost
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
depending on the job scope i generally ask for a deposit to lock in the job unless i feel the client is a reliable source without hesitation i will draw every week as the work is completed until the job is finished trying always to leave a balance at the end of the job the deposit is to cover the first weeks payroll cost an any materials needed for the job..
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have been doin this type of work since my fathers company started me fresh outta high school at the age of 15 since then i have painted hundreds of houses in the process mostly new construction some repaints but over all ive had my company entrusted with homes up to a listing cost of 2,000,000.000 for these homes an never flinched its a great feeling to know i was trusted with these peoples homes an to give them always what they pay for
