Lewis did a fantastic job in modifying our counter tops and cabinets to install a farm sink in our kitchen. The install took some creative thinking, and a lot of patience. Lewis didn't rush to compromise the job and the final product is beautiful.Jan 22, 2017Verified
We couldn't be happier with the service that Lewis provided for us! He showed up on time, was professional, courteous and even wiped down the areas where he worked. And, the repair of the granite counter looks great! We will be calling him again if the need arises in the future!Jan 18, 2017Verified
Lewis was very professional and did an amazing job repairing the edges of my stone countertop. He finished the job within 15 min of his estimate. When he bid the job I was surprised that he had previously repaired the *exact* same stone in the same way on another job (the material isn't that common). Many edges on my kitchen counters had chipped from use but you can hardly tell after the repair. I'm very pleased with the result and would recommend him to anyone.Jan 7, 2017Verified
I had a granite cutout for my old range that was just about a half inch too small for my new range. A relatively basic task compared to some other stone work out out there, but I was extremely impressed at the quality and detail of Lewis's work. The lines were actually much straighter and smoother than whoever did the original cut. And while he was doing the work, he completely contained the area with a tarp and used two shop vacs to contain the dust. I had read about how messy cutting dry granite can be, but when he completed the work, there was no trace of any granite dust to be found!Dec 12, 2016Verified
The work was very professionally done, on time, and with great responsiveness to our needs!Dec 10, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our pricing is based on linear and square footage. For this reason for us to be able to accurately know how much material is needed and what the labor cost will be, we need to have a drawing with dimensions in order to provide a cost estimate .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We start by either getting drawings submitted or scheduling a time to have one of our sales reps come to your home to measure your cabinets. Once we have the necessary information we will put together an easy to understand quote showing the potential layout and how much material will be needed along with a number for the labor cost. If the client knows what material they want we will include the material cost along with labor. For costumers who are undecided about material we can give them direction and information about the different material choices available and what the advantages and disadvantages are for each one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have 18+ years of experience in the slab fabrication industry. Training in metal fabrication, welding and machining. I come from a family of craftsmen, many of us specializing in stone work. I learned the stone trade from my grandfather who is an accomplished sculptor and furniture maker.
