Starla helped administer the technical side of a large community message board. The board was vbulletin software, and she had to learn a few of the software's peculiarities on her own, and she did great. She used online references to figure out why certain problems were occurring and figured out how to fix them on her own. She has a high level of technical expertise and can perform custom installs, updates, custom coding and troubleshooting. She would be an excellent technical administrator for any online community or business.
