- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be as fair as possible about our pricing, please keep travel, labor, materials, overhead, insurance costs, licensing fees in mind when reviewing quotes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet in person to discuss projects when possible, for all jobs under $500 we try to quote via phone call or Facetime connections. We want to know our customers and we like for our customers to know our history and more about all the services we provide for residential homes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company name has recently changed, but we have a combined experience of over 50 years. We are licensed and insured in the state of Tennessee and Missouri for jobs of up to 25,000.00 we are also bonded for $10,000.00 through Liberty Mutual Insurance and carry a 1 Million dollar insurance policy for any incidents.
