David was quick to respond and worked with my timeline but he took on more than he can chew and didn't complete to my expectations at the end. Interior painting was done well but he overestimated about 8 gallons of paint so i took a hit on the cost. He left some things unfinished and never came back to fix them. Exterior washing was not done well and clean at all. They left all the outdoor furniture haphazard and came later to set them after i called them. They broke a bench and later came and fixed it after i called them.
