Jim Ahern (Another Plumbing Company) came to my home and provided me a quote to replace the pressure reducing valve on my water heater. After researching the cost of the part and labor, I was pleased that he quoted me a very fair price to replace ($30 - $250 less than others for the same job). He arrived on time, bought the part that was needed for the repair, and provided me a receipt. His labor charge was very fair and reasonable compared to what others charge for the same service. He completed the job in one hour and was very courteous and professional. He also thoroughly explained the problem and the process for fixing it, while accurately answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of this type of service and will gladly use him again in the future if needed.
