FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because every job is unique, it is difficult to have a set pricing strategy. We bid jobs based on a combination of estimated time and the numbers of days per month that the cleaning will be performed. That varies depending on the level of detail you are seeking, the type and function of the space, the unique finishes and fixtures, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every job and every facility is unique. I find the best first step is to meet in person and do walk-through of the space to review the scope and needs of the job. Then I provide a written quote that serves as an outline of the scope of work and the schedule. Upon approval of a quote, I start the supplemental and any training unique to your facility for the primary cleaners on that job by doing an on-site walk through and detail out the strategy and flow for maximum quality and efficiency.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is in project management and team leadership with an eye for detail. My team has over 50 years of cleaning, janitorial, and general maintenance experience.
